About Us

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as a Disability & Aged Care Specialist. As a pivotal figure in the development of Support Professionals, you will shape their skills and foster continuous improvement.

Your role will involve creating engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and empowering them in their transition from campus to community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering interactive learning materials, resources, and equipment
  • Developing students' skills to ensure successful community integration
  • Staying up-to-date with industry advancements through ongoing training
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

To excel in this position, you will require a minimum of five years of experience in the Aged Care, Health or Disability sector, preferably in direct support roles, management, or coordination. A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Nursing Qualifications is essential, along with a Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Working with Vulnerable People registration is also necessary, or the ability to obtain it prior to commencement.
