About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Collector to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Collecting blood and non-blood samples with care and attention
  • Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic
  • A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • A Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
