Job Title: Senior Social Worker Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team at the Child, Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) in Northern Sydney Local Health District.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in the provision of comprehensive assessments and treatments for infants, children, and adolescents affected by moderate to severe mental health problems.

This is a senior clinical role that includes management of complex cases, providing senior clinical supervision, education, and support to social work and other allied health clinicians within the service.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work, eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers, and extensive experience in working with families experiencing significant distress and attachment difficulties.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading quality improvement activities, research, and service evaluation processes, as well as clinical teaching and supervision for students and allied health staff.

Key Responsibilities:
