Child and Adolescent Mental Health Clinical Specialist

This role is responsible for providing expert clinical services, governance, and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level clinical leadership and consultancy skills in assessment and evidence-based interventions
- Supervise mental health clinicians from various disciplines and uphold standards of practice
- Maintain expertise in legislative frameworks and policies related to child and adolescent mental health
In this position, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve mental health services for children and young people in rural New South Wales.
Selection Criteria:- Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA or Australian Association of Social Workers membership
- Proven experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
