Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective action plans for people living with a disability to achieve stable job opportunities.
- Inspire and support individuals to reach their employment goals.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses and industry partners to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.
You will work independently as part of a supportive team to develop high-quality marketing and capacity-building strategies. You will also plan appropriate employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports align with individual needs.
Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records, complete relevant documentation, and ensure confidentiality of information in line with CPL, contractual, and legislative guidelines. A valid C class driving license and Blue Card are required along with NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
