About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities to identify their requirements through assessment and planning, evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans within complex settings, and building the knowledge and capacity of those who support them in their daily lives.
- Support individuals with disabilities to understand their needs through thorough assessments and collaborative planning processes.
- Evaluate, develop and implement effective support strategies grounded in the positive behaviour support framework.
- Develop meaningful objectives and practical approaches based on individualised needs and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
