- Develop and execute strategic e-commerce plans to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Oversee website merchandising, including product listings, promotional displays, and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with buying and warehouse departments to ensure timely product availability and efficient logistics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for online customer experience, using data insights to inform decisions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Experience working with Shopify, Google Analytics, Drip or Klaviyo, and SEO principles.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
