Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of Health Fund and Third Party invoices.
  • Respond to patient billing inquiries and provide effective resolution.
  • Manage banking and debtor accounts.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Health Fund contracts.
  • Support the administration team in achieving operational excellence.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Private Health Fund contracts and claiming processes (desired).
  • Proficiency in Patient Management Systems, such as WebPAS or similar.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
