Customer Service Administration Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage rosters, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records in our organization.

About the Position
  • Roster management and administration duties involve coordinating schedules, managing staff attendance, and ensuring seamless operational flow.
  • Front-house reception requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Multi-tasking and juggling administrative tasks necessitate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Requirements
  • A Certificate in Business Administration or a similar qualification is essential for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in rostering administration is required, preferably in an aged care or healthcare environment.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in rostering software, are necessary for success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills are vital for delivering high-quality results.
  • A general understanding and social awareness of the Aged Care industry and its challenges are also important.
Additional Requirements
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check, including an Australian Federal Police Check, is mandatory.
  • An International Police Check is required for those who have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.
  • Mandatory Vaccines, such as Covid-19 and Flu-Vaccine, are necessary for employee health and safety.
