About the role

You will administer and support the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our HSE and sustainability systems portfolio across the Transport business unit, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, integrated, and compliant with internal standards and client-specific requirements. Responsibilities

  • Supporting projects with sustainability reporting requirements, and monthly work hours reporting.
  • Coordinating upgrades, testing, and change management for HSE platforms.
  • Assisting in the integration of WTLC and LCP into digital systems, training, and communication tools.

  • Maintaining and updating the Transport HSE Risk Register in collaboration with HSE and Operational personnel.
  • Supporting simplification of frontline tools (e.g., SWMS, Risk Assessments, permits) through digital workflows.
  • Supporting compliance tracking through lead/lag indicators and performance metrics.
About you

Our ideal candidate will have experience in HSE or systems administration roles within a similar industry (critical infrastructure, construction). You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can coach and support teams within the Transport business unit.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and administering platforms such as Enablon, Pegasus/Beacon, Chemalert, i2i, Smart Start, SharePoint, Power BI, and similar.
  • Proven experience supporting large teams with digital safety tools and training scheduling and delivery, focusing on psychological wellbeing, critical risk management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and digital workflows.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, database structure, and user provisioning best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with strong digital literacy for reporting, documentation, and collaboration.
