As a Territory Manager, you will be the frontline representation of Toby's Estate, driving brand impact and fostering meaningful connections in the Sydney Metro region with occasional visits to regional NSW.
About You- You are driven, results-focused, and thrive in a competitive market.
- Proven sales experience is highly desirable, but we're equally open to candidates from hospitality or other industries who bring a strong business development mindset, a go-getter attitude, and natural charisma.
Success in this role comes from building trust, providing value, and supporting small business owners to thrive. You'll work autonomously while being part of a supportive, high-energy team that collaborates and shares insights.
Key Responsibilities- Navigate market challenges confidently discuss pricing, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Joining our business means immersing yourself in the world of coffee and leveraging exciting learning opportunities across our Australia and New Zealand UCC business.
