Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to implement Scheduling & Time & Attendance components of the UKG platform within a Workforce Transformation Program.

The successful candidate will support process design, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement to shape a program impacting thousands of staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of UKG's scheduling module.
  • Assist with system testing, knowledge transfer, and aftercare support for Time & Attendance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to document business processes and scheduling requirements.
  • Partner with Organisational Change Management (OCM) to align training with designed processes.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience with UKG (Kronos), specifically in Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling.
  • Strong background in HRIS platforms, particularly in implementation or enhancement contexts.
Desirable Skills
  • Documenting business processes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
