Support Worker for Community Empowerment

ONCALL Group Australia is a leading provider of Disability and Community Support Services.
We are seeking support workers who can empower individuals with disabilities in the Eastern suburbs.
With various locations in areas such as Box Hill, Chadstone, Doncaster, Glen Waverley, Blackburn and Ringwood, this role offers flexibility and variety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Empowering clients to achieve their goals and supporting their individual care needs
- Providing assistance with daily activities, wellbeing, housekeeping, meal preparation and personal care
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Good availability and flexibility to work 2-hour shifts
- Recognised relevant qualifications and experience
- A registered car and driver's licence
All applicants must undergo mandatory screening checks and hold relevant industry standard certificates and qualifications.
