We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head our dispatch and transport operations across Australia nationally. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across our distribution network.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and influencing third-party logistics partners to drive operational efficiencies, analysing and optimising transport network performance for cost and operational efficiencies, partnering with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements, and reporting and presenting performance metrics to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and influence best-in-market third-party logistics partners
- Analyse and optimise transport network performance
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources
- Report and present performance metrics
We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations, strong stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills, proven analytical stills with expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and commercial decision-making to align with key milestones, and a track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading & motivating teams.
