YOUR NEXT ROLE
Reporting to the Services Leader, you will coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of our customers’ products safely and within the appropriate timeframes as per the schedule.
All our people go home in the same condition they came to work, safety, before production.
Teams are engaged, have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change.
Transportation of product (road/ship) is coordinated in line with Chain of Responsibility Legislation and executed in line with the schedule and planning requirements.
Ability to liaise with key both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the schedule and planning requirements.
Continuous improvement of freight systems and processes are identified and implemented to achieve optimal performance in the area.
Our customers’ orders are delivered in full and on time.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience coordinating freight or logistics within a manufacturing, warehousing, or transport environment.
Qualifications or substantial experience in logistics in a manufacturing industry/ warehousing or transportation coordination.
Experience in Ortec Load Planning or Pronto Software systems would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build effective relationships across teams and with external providers to achieve results.
Strong organisational skills — you can plan and execute detailed schedules, with a focus on delivering in full and on time.
