We seek a passionate and skilled professional to maintain our racecourse and facilities to the highest standard. This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who values teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of ground preparation for race meetings and training.
  • Implement and uphold WHS policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead and supervise outdoor staff.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs of buildings, structures, and assets.
  • Operate and service irrigation systems and machinery efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration.
  • Strong experience in grounds management and track preparation.
  • Sound understanding of WHS regulations.
