The Justice of the Peace Branch Manager plays a pivotal part in achieving the Department of Justice's outcomes.
About the PositionThis key role entails leading and supporting the JP Branch to attain its objectives, while fostering close working relationships with Court management and the judiciary. The successful candidate will undertake research and provide advice to the Attorney General, oversee Justice of the Peace Branch projects, and develop policies and procedures related to Justices of the Peace.
Main Responsibilities:- Leads the JP Branch to achieve set outcomes.
- Maintains strong partnerships with Court management and the judiciary.
- Manages complex projects involving significant business change.
- Develops and implements organisational policy and procedures for Justices of the Peace.
To be eligible for permanent positions in the Western Australian Public Sector, applicants must be Australian citizens or have permanent resident status in Australia.
