Job Title: Customer Experience Strategist

We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Latitude. As a key member of our organisation, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the financial services experience for our growing customer base.

Your Role:

You'll work closely with our Portfolio Manager and Channel Manager to improve the overall customer experience with Latitude credit cards end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including Tech and Business units, to deliver complex projects.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise tools like Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Google Analytics to drive customer journey optimisation and conversion rate improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Present CX project progress and performance results to key stakeholders during regular meetings.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll require a solid background in the credit card or lending industry, extensive experience in customer experience optimisation, and exceptional analytical skills.
