Professional Receptionist for Corporate Health Programs

We are a leading provider of corporate health programs throughout Australia, seeking a motivated Client Services Liaison/Receptionist to work in our VIP Health Assessment Centre located in the Brisbane CBD.
Your New RoleAs a dynamic and varied role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Experience: Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Medical Records: Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records.
- Report Completion: Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
- Support: Support the Manager with various tasks as needed.

- Prior office experience, ideally in a professional setting.
