Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Services Liaison/Receptionist to work in our VIP Health Assessment Centre located in the Brisbane CBD on a part-time basis. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and clients in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports, ensuring prompt delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support the Manager with various tasks as needed, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Prior office experience, ideally in a professional setting, with knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
