Finance Leader Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Leader to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

As a Finance Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organisation's goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, as well as 7+ years' experience in a similar role. They will also possess expertise in G-Suite products, specifically Google Sheets, and have experience managing or implementing finance reporting and consolidation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and make informed decisions.
  • Implementing financial control frameworks to ensure accurate financial reporting and fund movement.
  • Determining relevant financial reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in G-Suite products, specifically Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing or implementing finance reporting and consolidation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product, Engineering, and Data.
  • Ability to define and communicate frameworks to senior stakeholders.
