Senior Agile Coaches use their in-depth knowledge and experience to embed agile values, principles and practices across multiple teams and the organisation, to achieve our vision of delivering contemporary and trusted services.

They help shape and build the culture needed for implementation and ongoing success of agile approaches, influencing high performing teams through visionary, collaborative, accountable and inclusive leadership.

They guide, coach and increase the agency's agile maturity and ability to deliver at pace to achieve effective human-centred outcomes.

Senior Agile coaches operate with a significant degree of independence and work under the broad direction of a National Manager to deliver quality outcomes. They operate with a high level of autonomy, with decision-making highly dependent on their professional judgement. In performing a leadership role, the Senior Agile Coach identifies and drives innovation, manages and leads change, and has an active role in contributing to and implementing the agency strategic direction.
