About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Tasmania. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading the way in shaping our company's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize commercial success
  • Lead the development of trade marketing campaigns and communications
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop annual trade marketing strategy and brand guidelines
  • Build strong relationships with senior sales stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and communication planning
  • Oversee the implementation of trade marketing campaigns and communications, including advertising, direct communications, social media, promotions, and events
  • Manage the trade marketing budget, including forecasting, reporting, and optimizing spending
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
About You

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, project management skills, numeracy skills, analytical skills, and negotiation skills. You will have:

  • 4-5 years in marketing communications and media, preferably B2B, with hands-on experience in creative development, event management and activation, digital marketing, and trade marketing
  • Hands-on experience in the creative process
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate insights, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, lead and collaborate effectively with teams, and confidently present to senior management
  • Proven ability to analyze research data, challenge the status quo, develop innovative marketing strategies, and understand target audiences
  • Experience working with agencies, companies, partners, and internal teams
