Technical Service Representative Role Overview
The Technical Service Representative is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for delivering hands-on support and technical expertise to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing inspection and pre-assembly checks of the system and associated components prior to production and integration;
- Completing production documentation and test protocols related to the system, start-up and commissioning process;
- Investigating and resolving any start-up issues that may occur during final integration, test, commissioning, and FAT processes;
- Generating comprehensive technical reports and assisting quality department investigations and reporting as required;
- Maintaining safe and efficient storage of required parts, tools, and equipment in workshop areas. Supporting the materials team to complete the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and consumables;
- Developing comprehensive training plans and supporting artefacts/documents to ensure program success for all participants;
- Delivering end-user/operator training for employees/stakeholders;
- Subject Matter Expert for all technical training related to the Multi Ammunition Soft Kill System;
- Leading and managing internal training programs for peers;
- Engaging in program meetings and reporting on operational actuals; and
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by your manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate 4 in Armament, Avionics, or Electronics, Mechanical;
- Extensive training and assessment experience in a technical field, and/or ability to obtain;
- Proven experience in Technical Training;
- Comprehensive technical understanding and ability to learn;
- Excellent written English communication skills using engineering terminology;
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong emotional intelligence; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
