About the Role

As a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will provide expert consultancy services, under broad direction, in the management and delivery of a significant employee relations service.

You will lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions across designated Programs/Directorates, focusing on continuous improvement, performance, and accountability. Strong business partnering with business and clinical leaders and/or line managers will be essential in achieving shared organizational objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our vibrant and collaborative team, contributing to a culture that values diversity and inclusion. Successful candidates will be part of the Senior Leadership team, involved in key strategic decisions and workforce planning for their program areas.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. You will drive change, influence, and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
