Recruitment Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resource Services team at Helping Hand.


This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting our hiring managers and Recruitment Team with end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring that candidates experience reflects positively on our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring managers and the Recruitment Team with recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing adverts, conducting phone screenings, and reference checks.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and managers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Culture and Capability team to support smooth induction bookings and preparations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and candidates.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Human Resources, Administration, or Project Management-based qualification, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Experience providing support to a fast-paced team, ideally in a recruitment environment.
  • A good eye for detail and excellent customer focus.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, tailored for your audience.
  • Incredible organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy skills and ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.
