Employment Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Services Professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals find sustainable employment and improve their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to clients, as well as building effective relationships with employers and other stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Reverse marketing of identified engaged job-ready clients to provide employment opportunities
  • Utilise various methods to actively engage with job-ready clients across regions
  • Maintain up-to-date Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support shortage sectors
  • Provide advice and support to employers on training and ongoing employment support
  • Manage vacancies attained from employers, including vacancy assessment, advertising, pre-screening, and referring suitable candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies
  • Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance focus
  • Ability to interpret contractual guidelines and apply appropriately
  • Ability to work within stringent KPIs and demonstrated experience in exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
  • Solid computer literacy and data management skills
  • Satisfactory completion of Police Check/s
  • Current Driver's Licence
