Job Title: Transition Coach
">We are seeking a skilled Transition Coach to join our team. As a Transition Coach, you will play a key role in assisting young people to gain sustainable employment by providing direct employment coaching.
">About The Role:
">Our Transition Program assists young people to gain sustainable employment by actively engaging and providing direct employment coaching. You will focus on the abilities and aspirations of young people to maximise a sense of job choice and control over their employment pathway. In addition, you will engage with local employers to source job opportunities and placements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in employment services is desirable but not essential. You will need to hold a current driver's licence and have the ability to obtain a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check (or equivalent) required as a condition of employment.
