Your focus will be on providing ongoing support to customers within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, helping them to overcome barriers to employment and find suitable job opportunities. You will also build and maintain relationships with customers, employers, and internal stakeholders, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful employment outcomes.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional who has a strong background in disability employment support, case management, or a related field. The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Disability or a similar qualification, and have demonstrated experience in working with people with disabilities. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to travel regularly to conduct home visits and attend meetings">
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office">
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check">
