We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Speech Pathology team in Melbourne. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing clinical support and guidance to your team members, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

With a strong background in Speech Pathology, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of clients with varying presentations, diagnoses, and disabilities. You will work closely with your Regional Manager to provide operational support to your team and contribute to the development of our team culture and scope.

The type of assessments and interventions you will provide include communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy. You will also have the opportunity to access clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, 3+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, and registration with the Speech Pathology Association. Prior experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting is preferred, but not essential. A car and driver's licence are required, and you will need to hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
