Job Description

As a key member of our Social Media Team, you will be the voice of our brands across various social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to drive brand advocacy through every interaction with customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across our social media platforms.
  • Detect and escalate possible brand and reputational risks.
  • Maintain a unified and relatable brand tone across all interactions, posting on multiple social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Offer tailored solutions to customers by thinking outside the box.
  • Assist in resolving trending complaints and identifying solutions to complex issues.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for social media and customer service. You must also be confident in your ability to multitask on a computer and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
