The Role:

We have a great opportunity for a Floorplans / Social Media Coordinator to join the Petrusma Property corporate services team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that plays an integral part in both our property marketing and digital presence.

As a Floorplans Coordinator, you will help create strong first impressions for our company through accurate, visually appealing floorplans. As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll take the lead on crafting and scheduling engaging content to maintain and grow our online presence across platforms.

As part of our dedicated corporate services team, this role offers great variety, creativity, and room for learning as we continually innovate and lead the market forward.

General tasks in this role include, but are not limited to:

Floorplan Coordination

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Site visits and property measuring

  • Floorplan drawing

  • Email communication and consultant liaison

  • Calendar management and bookings

Social Media Coordination

  • Planning and scheduling engaging social media content across Instagram & Facebook

  • Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to highlight listings, milestones,
    and behind-the-scenes content

  • Creating stories, reels, and image/video posts aligned with brand guidelines

  • Monitoring engagement and responding to comments or messages where needed

  • Tracking content performance and suggesting improvements

What is required to be successful in this role:

  • Solid technical proficiency

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

  • Excellent presentation and customer service

  • A keen eye for visual detail and layout

  • Interest in the real estate industry

  • Creativity and initiative in producing social content

Skills and Experience:

  • Spatial awareness and ability to measure properties and draw floorplans using software

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential (particularly Illustrator and InDesign)

  • Some experience with social media content creation and scheduling tools would be preferred,
    but not essential

  • Calendar management and liaison with multiple stakeholders

  • A current driver's licence
