As a Customer Experience Solutions Professional, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient order fulfillment and resolve customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide timely responses to digital, social, chat, and telephone-based requests, ensuring that customers receive effective resolution of complaints.
  • Manage third-party sales and payment channel enquiries, facilitating issue resolution and minimizing reputational risk or financial loss.
  • Identify and escalate website defects to trigger corrections and prevent potential issues.
  • Collaborate with stores and other teams to resolve issues efficiently, as required.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on a rotating roster, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Able to multitask and follow processes effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer and numerical skills required.

Benefits:
