Job Title: Medical Affairs Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Medical Affairs Manager. This position requires strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global medical strategies.

  1. Develop and execute the global medical affairs functional plan in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Promote medical education initiatives and scientific communications across key markets, driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
  3. Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor medical strategies and address market-specific challenges, ensuring successful execution of projects.
  4. Create clinical evidence generation programs that meet regulatory requirements and enhance our product offerings.
  5. Leverage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and global advisory boards to drive informed decision-making and advance our medical expertise.
  6. Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality medical content and training materials that align with our brand standards and messaging.
  7. Review and approve HCP-facing promotional and educational content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  8. Contribute to publication strategies and evidence dissemination plans, including digital platforms, to maximize visibility and impact.
  9. Provide subject matter expertise in infection prevention and competitor landscape analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

To be successful in this role, you will require a postgraduate degree in life sciences, PhD, MD, or relevant clinical qualification, along with 5–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
