Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global omnichannel crm strategy to drive client engagement and business results.
- Combine strategic client journey design with rigorous testing to ensure all communications are on-brand and performance-optimized throughout the client lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in crm marketing, client strategy, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related qualification.
