People and Culture Leadership Position

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive the People & Culture agenda for a growing operation, while also owning a national portfolio that spans a key service stream within the business.

  • Lead a high-profile operation, driving people strategy across a diverse and growing workforce.
  • Own a national portfolio, taking strategic responsibility for a key service stream across the country, influencing workforce outcomes at scale.
  • Be embedded in operations, partner closely with site leaders, recruitment, and frontline teams to drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading IR/ER initiatives, managing union relationships, EA negotiations, and grievance investigations with a proactive approach.
  • Driving cultural transformation, championing initiatives that reduce turnover and elevate the employee experience.
  • Leveraging global tools and initiatives, accessing digital platforms, engagement apps, and global HR programs.

You are a seasoned People & Culture leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, and you're not afraid to take action to make things happen.

  • Proven experience leading HR functions in large, multi-site or service-driven environments.
  • Strong capability in IR/ER, including union engagement, EA negotiations, and proactive issue resolution.
  • A track record of driving culture, engagement, and retention.
  • A collaborative mindset, someone who builds trust quickly and leads with empathy and impact.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to broader business strategy.
