  • Develop, implement and monitor strategic plans for the organization, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the operation of multiple departments, encompassing administration, finance, asset and human resource management.

  • Establish comprehensive policies, systems, frameworks and processes for organizational functions, ensuring uniform implementation across all units.
