About This Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as an Educational Director. As the driving force behind our educational initiatives, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our educators to achieve their full potential.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can develop and implement effective strategies to enhance educator performance and promote a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your passion for education to drive collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive plans to enhance educator performance and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Providing guidance and support to educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve centre goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive improvement and innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Previous experience as a room leader/educational director.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
  • A current Qld Blue Card.
