Organizational Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our Investment Services team in Brisbane.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and develop engaging marketing materials
- Collaborate with videographers to produce high-quality videos
- Prepare property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts, and statutory forms
- Prioritize requests from the team and manage internal client databases
- Coordinate client and departmental meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks, including travel bookings, invoicing, and expense claims management
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A degree in Marketing or Design (highly regarded)
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Adobe InDesign
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
