Job Title: Senior Associate: Employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice to clients on large-scale employment disputes, including termination of employment, employment due diligence, and remuneration & benefits packages.
  • Draft and amend employment contracts to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Senior Lawyer with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong employment background gained in a leading international or regional law firm.
  • Law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university with excellent academic records.
  • Excellent client service and relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
