We are seeking experienced Senior Project Coordinators to join our team at HiTech Group as part of various agile delivery teams. The successful candidates will work on exciting ICT Projects within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist with multiple projects to coordinate tasks and schedule meetings.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, prepare briefing papers, and status reports.
  • Prepare backlogs and assist with project planning.
  • Participate in agile delivery ceremonies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile project delivery environments.
  • Experience communicating a range of project-related matters to stakeholder groups, including technologists, users, and management.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects and tasks, as well as preparing project documentation.
  • Knowledge and experience using Azure DevOps or Jira to deliver projects.
