Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to support our Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Enhancements Program. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the program and its associated projects, aligning with the broader ESS objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist Program Managers and Project Managers in the development, review, management, and dissemination of program and project artefacts, including reports, procurement documents, and communication materials.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the program's scope, schedule, financials, stakeholders, and desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate Program Managers to maintain robust records management practices to ensure compliance with organisational policies and standards.
  • Provide secretariat support and coordination for executive level boards/committees.
  • Support Program Managers in the procurement of services and resources to support the program.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated high performance in supporting complex ICT programs and projects as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, or in a similar role within government and/or large enterprise environments. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in this field is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation including the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation, develop professional networks, and build strong working relationships.
  • A proven track record of pro-activeness, professionalism, pragmatism, resilience, and personal integrity in all professional endeavours.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs and projects using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in utilising Azure DevOps for task management, ensuring efficient tracking and delivery of project milestones.
