This will be achieved by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, providing support and guidance to ensure deliverables are met on time, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expertise and guidance on project management methodologies and tools.
- Act as a focal point for promoting the use and benefits of project management methods, ensuring a consistent and common approach.
- Work with project managers and other PMO functions to monitor data quality and ensure accurate information for effective decision-making.
- Identify interdependencies, coordination, and resourcing issues across projects as required.
- Own the reporting framework and ensure alignment with Finance, Procurement, Schedule, Resourcing, and Change Management.
- Active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working on or assisting projects (either from a PMO or project coordinator role).
- Understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures aligned with methodologies and ICT delivery lifecycle.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Ability to interpret technology project deliverables and impacts.
- Experience with Financial Management - reporting, tracking, and cost centre reconciliation.
- Experience with enforcing project governance practices and holding best practice documentation and document management skills.
- Escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team.
- Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
- Manage and track all project financials.
- Manage and track all project invoicing.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders on task status.
- Assist PMO with financials, reporting, and tracking, RAID tracking.
- Effective internal and external stakeholder management skills.
