Job Opportunity:

Proposals Coordinator Role

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in developing winning proposals for small to medium size contracts and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-bid activities, including Business Development presentations, Prequalification's & Expression of Interests
  • Develop winning proposals for qualified opportunities, defining bid deliverables, assigning responsibilities and bid timelines with functional leadership
  • Participate in win strategy and themes for new business proposals
  • Ensure strategy alignment and client requirements are met
  • Write and edit proposals as required
  • Coach writers on correct structure and content for written submissions
  • Identify and mitigate risk and opportunities for new business proposals and contract execution
  • Coordinate tender review process pre-bid submission
  • Support continual improvement of proposal procedures and processes
  • Incorporate proposal best practices into customer responses

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree
  • Extensive bid management experience
  • Oil & Gas and/or Infrastructure experience required
  • Project Management
  • Writing & Editing
