About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our elite team working at a prestigious hotel in Perth. This role requires a proven track record of leading high-performing housekeeping teams in ultra-luxury environments where every detail matters and excellence is the standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the hotel leadership team to establish and achieve short- and long-term quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to ensure rooms are delivered on time for guest arrival and guests are serviced with a smile.
  • Manage health and safety, billing, and rostering administration efficiently.
