Our Club InterContinental lounge offers an exclusive space for our guests to relax and enjoy personalized service. From making restaurant reservations to providing breakfast, drinks, and canapés, our dedicated team is on hand to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
We're seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join our team. This vital role requires someone with ambition, talent, and key skills who can respond to guest needs, resolve issues, supervise and support a team of hospitality professionals, and lead departmental briefings.
As a leader, you'll be responsible for developing the team through on-boarding, training, and development. Your ability to motivate and inspire others will be crucial in achieving desired results and exceeding guest expectations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate refined, personable, knowledgeable, proactive, meticulous, and curious behaviors every day. A working experience in an environment focused on guest service within a luxury brand, supervising and motivating others, excellent guest relations, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
Additional requirements include ongoing availability to work a rostered schedule across 7 days a week, from 6am to 10pm, including weekends and public holidays, and unrestricted and unlimited working rights for Australia.
