Job Description

As a key member of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing expert advice on tax compliance, and delivering high-quality services in a timely manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare periodic payroll calculations, STP reporting, superannuation, payroll tax lodgements, and Work Cover compliance for various clients.
  • Annual payroll reconciliations, preparation of PAYG payment summaries, payroll tax annual reconciliations, and Work Cover annual declarations.
  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including monthly transaction processing, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting and instalment and business activity statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll preparation and employer obligations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Xero, preferably with Xero certification.
  • Ability to research issues and respond to client queries in a professional manner.
