Payroll and Financial Operations Expert

The primary role of this position involves processing payroll for multiple clients, utilizing various accounting software.
Main responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll for multiple clients across different accounting platforms
- Executing bookkeeping tasks for select clients
- Reconciliation of clearing accounts, specifically payroll-related
- Maintaining a client workflow Masterfile and ensuring all client work is scheduled and completed
Required qualifications and experience:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting or above
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role with payroll as the primary function
- Excellent understanding of Xero, QBO, MYOB, and Reckon Accounts software
- Experience with multi-currency is highly desirable
Performance goals and growth opportunities:
- Achieving accurate processing of all client payrolls within a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and correct reconciliation of all payroll accounts
- Opportunity to transition into bookkeeping for clients and assume the office manager role
- Profit Share Bonuses paid bi-annually contingent on work productivity and cashflow
