Cleaning and Site Leadership Role

This is a key opportunity for an experienced site supervisor to lead our cleaning services at a retail location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Lead and manage staff to ensure coverage and meet service standards.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints efficiently.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required.
  • Respond to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs promptly.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and professional work environment.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory or management roles within the cleaning industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support a dedicated team.
  • Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management.
  • Awareness of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery is desirable.
  • Intermediate computer skills are essential.
  • Solid knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OH&S requirements.
