Job Title: Insurance Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Financial Lines team in all tasks related to underwriting and administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) accounts across various insurance products, including Professional Indemnity, Technology Liability, Cyber, and Management Liability insurance policies.
  • Prepare reports, provide assistance to underwriters, and perform other business functions as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the organization and the broader industry.
  • Maintain adherence to Underwriting Rules & Guidelines, service standards, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Promote a collaborative work culture with a strong commitment to teamwork and team success.
  • Attend internal and external meetings and events with clients and brokers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to represent the team as first point of contact.
  • High attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Accountable, takes ownership for own work, and self-organized to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
